White Shoreline Realty was established in October of 2004 by Joyce White, Broker-in-Charge.  Joyce is a transplant from Raleigh, NC, where she worked for a builder/developer for over 16 years.  After she purchased a condo in North Myrtle Beach in 2001, and traveled back and forth almost every weekend, she decided she wanted to relocate to the Grand Strand and start a business to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.  White Shoreline Realty has proven to be a great success...thanks to all the wonderful clients, friends and general public who continue to be loyal.
