Happy Oceanfront Condo Owners!
Approximately six months ago, my wife and I decided we wanted to buy a place at the beach. A good friend of mine recommended Joyce White. He had met her and she was helping him find another place at the beach. He spoke very highly of her, and I now understand why. After my first contact with her, more or less to let her know what we were looking for and the price range, the job of finding a beach place became a breeze. She sent us every listing of property that became available in email form and then answered any questions we may have had about it either by phone or email. She actually went to several places and took extra pictures for us. Once we found what we were looking for, Joyce negotiated a good price for us and handled everything except signing the contract and closing the loan.
